Editorial Reviews
This set of 7 Piedmont Blues Hohner harmonicas is brand new and ready to play. The harmonicas in the set come in all of the most popular keys: C-D-E-F-G-A-Bb. These 10 hole harmonicas feature brass reeds that sound great for blues, folk, rock or country music! All 7 harmonicas come in a custom designed heavy duty carrying case for protection and easy transportation. Included with the harmonicas and case is a helpful reference chart that shows what harmonica to play in relationship to what key the song is in. On the back of the reference chart are directions to play ''sittin on top of the world'' to help put the harmonicas to use for new players. Check our feedback and buy with confidence. A good starter set, great case, and a bargain price (2008-11-23)

As with other reviewers I would agree that this is a good set to start you off, and the case will serve as a good home for better harps and you buy them.
Try it out. As you find the keys that suit your needs replace the original cheap harps with better quality ones, but keep the originals for the keys that you don't use too often.
I'm very happy with this purchase.
NOT ALL HOHNER DIATONIC MODELS FIT THIS CASE (2008-11-09)
Customer Review : 4
Hohner Marine Band, Hohner Special 20 and Lee Oskar Major Diatonic harps fit well in this case. Hohner's Big River Harp does NOT fit properly in the case - it is longer than the others, and doesn't snug in. I'll either return the case or order two Lee Oskars to replace my two Big River models. Or, I can just deal with the fact that they don't fit quite properly, but probably "good enough". Decisions, decisions.
Haven't played the toy harps yet, first things first. I bought the case for the case, not for the included harps.
Great Harmonicas for Beginners like me (2008-11-02)
Customer Review : 5
I love these harmonicas! Probably they are not 'great' for advanced harmonica players, but since I'm at the "O Susanna" stage (just memorized it finally), these harmonicas are great! After taking a 4-session harmonica class at the local high school, I then signed up for harmonicalessons dot com and it is a great site too. So I advise that if you get these harmonicas for a Xmas present, then you suggest a membership in the harmonicalessons site, too. I'm loving the harmonica and look forward to the day when I know it's time for a harmonica 'upgrade', until then, these are wonderful harmonicas.
Can't go wrong (2008-11-02)

This is a no-brainer...I hadn't played for over 25 years and wanted to get back into playing...I didn't know which keys to buy so I bought this set thinking I'd figure out which keys to purchase if I got back into playing regularly...Not only did this set provide me with that, but it is also certainly good enough for now...while the $30 each blues harps have a clearer sound and are a bit easier to bend notes, this $20 set is a great deal!
