I really enjoyed this DVD, the workout is simple but packs the punch you need to really get moving. My fitness level is some, close to none, I picked up this DVD and just did it. I was surprised at how great I felt after the workout. I recommend it 100% I am going to try the next one Avanzando as soon as I get more comfortable with this one, I've only been working out for two weeks and I don't want to stop!

There are two things I love about this DVD, one is the Spanish language, and two exercise! The class is basically taught by well known Tae kwan doe (m/s) instructor, Michael Foster, who although is very fluent in Spanish, reverts to English here and there and will ask Felicia Mercado how to say certain things. I am a Spanish teacher, but not a native speaker and because of that I can really appreciate how difficult it must be to lead a exercise class and not make a mistake while speaking a second language! The class is really fun and it is a decent workout (the music is good as well). Because I am exercise all the time, I went and ordered the video avanzado and I will be sure to review that as well! !Bien Hecho!
