Try "The Practitioner's Pocket Pal, Ultra Rapid Medical Reference" 2nd ed. by Jim Hancock (about $17).. Maxwell's is very cute but very small.

For $7.95...ok. Not exactly what I expected. Probably wouldn't buy it again if I had any idea how small it was. Info is good ...just not much of it and there's better stuff out there now.
