It was a pleasure to work with this company. The first pair of boots came too big for my daughter and we had to send them back. So we didn't have to wait a so long for the replacement boots, the customer service rep explained how to do an expedited return. We had the replacement boots in 2 days (before Christmas) and my daughter is thrilled with her Ugg boots.

the boots are great-perfect color and size. they arrived on time and my daughter loves them. they can be worn as is or you can fold them down to make them shorter. they are very warm and comfortable with or without socks!

I love these boots. Living in maine I wanted warm boots and so far my feet have been toasty warm in very cold temps. I wear a size 11 and did buy a 10 and they fit great. They feel like your wearing soft fuzzy slippers. the most comfortable thing I have ever worn.. Im getting another pair in a dark color I like them so well.
